1. Player Registration Refund Policy - Up until the uniforms are ordered, a full refund of the registration fee will be given. After the uniforms are ordered and before the first game of the season, the registration fee other than the cost of the uniform will be refunded and the child will receive the uniform. 

2. Player Late Registration Policy - Late sign-ups are placed into teams where space is available. No early bird or multi-sibling discount is available. Once the teams are full , a stand-by list is created in the event a player on a team drops out. Players that sign up late will be charged an additional fee for the extra shipping on a uniform not ordered with the bulk order. 

3. Player Registration Waiting List - Players that sign up late will be placed on a waiting list. If a spot on a team becomes available, the player may be placed on that team. If balanced teams would be overly affected, a trade to another team would be required and made at the soonest possible time. Waiting list players are required to pay the registration fee and uniform order fee within one day of being notified that they are on a team. Once the season has started, the waiting list will be discarded and the players will have to wait until next year to sign-up during open registration.
